Jérémie Farret, Senior Enterprise Architect and new team member, has been contributing to the Grands Prix Québecois de la Qualité as an evaluator since year 2012. As such, he will represent Negotium at the Meilleures Pratiques d’Affaires (MPA) trade show on November 10. Also, he will participate from noon to 2pm as an invited guest to the 2016 Awards Ceremony for Grands Prix Québécois de la Qualité with Ms. Dominique Anglade, Minister of Economy, Science and Innovation and Minister responsible for the Digital Strategy and Ms. Lise Thériault, Deputy Prime Minister of Quebec and the winning organizations.
The Grands Prix Québecois de la Qualité (GPQQ) are the highest award given annually by the Government of Quebec to private companies and public agencies which distinguish themselves through quality management and overall performance. The Mouvement Québecois de la Qualité (MQQ) was mandated by the Government of Quebec to manage the Grand Prix jointly with the Department of economy, Science and Innovation.
The Awards recognize private companies and public agencies efforts in their quest for excellence. All these organizations share the application of quality management principles and best business practices deployment in all their functions and at all their management levels.
The Grand Prix Québecois de la Qualité are awarded at the Montreal Congress Palace, during the Meilleures Pratiques d’Affaires tradeshow. They are comparable, in terms of rigor and methods, to other internationally recognized prizes such as the Deming in Japan, the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in the United States or the European Quality Award.
